Yes – TRHF is a registered charity and does issue tax receipts.
As a Foundation it is important to us that our donors understand that donated funds will stay in the community of the donor’s choice. These donations are tracked by community and by program and will be held for that specific community until a need arises.

All funding requests received by the Foundation must be approved by Prairie North Senior Management. This policy is in place to ensure that Foundation dollars are being directed in areas supported by the Prairie North Board and the Senior Management Team.

The TRHF Board will determine whether or not the request fits the mandate of the Foundation and will make a decision accordingly.

Of course! When you wish to make a memorial donation to Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation:

  • Enclose an insert with your sympathy card or write "In lieu of flowers a donation has been made to the Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation in memory of your loved one." Download memorial Form from here
  • Fill in the donation card and mail it to: Box 58 Paradise Hill, SK S0M 2G0 (Printable insert and donation card)
  • Or, you can donate online, when donating online, select the community where you want to give and select "Memorial donation in memory of" in the "Community Program" dropdown.

Upon receiving your donation we will:
   Send you an official receipt.
   Send a card to the bereaved family notifying them of your gift.
